Although Brian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, his diverse experiences spanning nearly 30 years practicing law provide a unique background for his work as a true general counsel.
He began his career as an Assistant Attorney General and prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia, then joined the commercial litigation department of an AmLaw 100 firm before founding Kaleo Legal in 2009.
